Abstract
Three cases of iliofemoral arterial by-pass utilizing a route passing through the obturator canal are presented. The literature is reviewed and the indications for this operation discussed. In a group of patients all of whom would most certainly have lost a limb without reconstructive surgery our results are encouraging. Keywords
