Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 23-year-old man was admitted to the hospital because of pain in the feet.He was in excellent health until one year previously, when he began to travel in Europe and reduced his customary heavy intake of milk. Several months later he began to experience pain in the soles of both feet. X-ray examination yvas reported to be negative, and the local injection of adrenocorticosteroid gave no relief. During the succeeding months the pain gradually worsened, and low-back pain developed, accompanied by tightness and aching in the chest and shoulders that was aggravated by coughing, deep breathing . . .Keywords
