Abstract
Amplification of ultrasonic waves at 225 MHz up to 20 dB has been achieved by the dc operation in n‐InSb under the transverse magnetic field at 77°K. If we assume that dc and ac mobilities have different dependence on the magnetic field, most of the characteristic features of the observed results are well explained. Keywords
