Abstract

The photoactivation of the 396 keV (

T_{\frac{1}{2}} \sim 49

min) isomeric level has been studied with a

{}^{60}{Co}

source. As in an earlier investigation of

{}^{115}{In}

, evidence has been found for a nonresonant process contributing to the excitation of the isomeric level.
