Pulmonary and Hepatic Complications of Methotrexate Therapy of Psoriasis

Abstract
Recently, methotrexate has been suspected of causing a severe pulmonary disease when administered for a long term to patients with acute leukemia in remission. Both pulmonary and liver disease developed in a patient with psoriasis after five years of weekly methotrexate therapy.
