Abstract
A cyanogen bromide digest of troponin C from rabbit sheletal muscle yields 2 biologically active Ca2+ binding peptides. A simple, 1-step method for the simultaneous purification, in high yield, of these 2 peptides is presented. This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
