Abstract
Unilateral pulmonary edema in humans occurred following or in conjunction with 18 different clinical situations. In half of them the edema developed on the same side as the causative factor and was related to conditions altering the delicate balance at the alveolar-capillary interface. In the other situations, pulmonary capillary perfusion was deficient on the opposite side prior to the onset of edema. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
