Abstract
The nature of the dependence (T) is greatly affected by the presence of magnetic impurities. The scattering leads to change in the sign of the curvature and, consequently, to an increase in the value of . The theory allows one to explain recent experimental data with the overdoped cuprates; the behavior drastically different from the conventional picture has been observed. The calculations are in excellent agreement with the data.
