Abstract
Experiments were made to bring glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-ase) bound on microsomes into solution by mechanical and chemical treatment. Although these experiments did not achieve their purpose, we were able to bring G-6-Pase into solution by combined treatment with sodium desoxycholate and digitonin.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
