Abstract
18 cases of acute pericarditis were observed occurring in soldiers. Rheumatic fever was considered the cause of the pericarditis in 5 cases; pharyngitis in 3, pneumonia in 5, septicemia in 1, tuberculosis in 2 and in 2 a non-specific type of pcriocarditis was present.Keywords
