Abstract
This paper describes a volumetric adsorption system and measurement procedure which takes advantage of current vacuum technology and computational techniques, to determine adsorption isotherms and adsorptionthermodynamics under ultraclean conditions with high accuracy, over a wide range of temperatures and pressures.Keywords
