Abstract
Molecules of DNA, transfer RNA, and copper phthalocyanine on a sharp iridium tip were surrounded with ordered layers of platinum by vacuum deposition. The field ion microscope was used to show cavities in the platinum layers with dimensions of the same order as the molecules being visualized. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
