Abstract
A simple reversed-phase HPLC method has been developed for the analysis of various bile acids, conjugated or unconjugated. A differential refractive index detector and C-18 silica column were used with an aqueous-methanol mobile phase. This method is accurate to 0.5 nmol and provides a simple and convenient quantitative determination of bile acids in aqueous buffer solutions. Keywords
