Germinalzell-Aplasie und Kleinwuchs

Abstract
Bei drei präpuberalen Jungen wurde eine Germinalzell-Aplasie festgestellt, die mit Kleinwuchs kombiniert war. In einem Fall fanden sich darüber hinaus noch die Mißbildungen des Ullrich-Turner-Syndroms. Die Parallelen zwischen der Germinalzell-Aplasie des Mannes und der Gonadendysgenesie der Frau werden diskutiert. In zwei Fällen wurde ein zusätzlicher Defekt der Zwischenzellen beobachtet. Aus diesem Grunde ist zur Behandlung des Kleinwuchses Testosteron die Therapie der Wahl. In three prepubertal boys germinal-cell aplasia was found in combination with retarded growth. One of them also showed the signs of Turner's syndrome. The relationship between germinal-cell aplasia in the male and gonadal dysgenesia in the female is discussed. In two of the three boys an additional abnormality of the interstitial cells was also present. For this reason testosterone is the drug of choice in the treatment of retarded growth. Aplasia de las células germinales y cortedad de talla En tres muchachos prepúberes fué comprobada una aplasia de las células germinales, que estaba combinada con cortedad de talla. En un caso se hallaron además las malformaciones del síndrome de Ullrich-Turner. Se discuten los paralelismos entre la aplasia de las células germinales del hombre y la disgenesia de las gonadas de la mujer. En dos casos se observó un defecto adicional de las células intermedias. Por esta razón es la testosterona la terapia de elección para el tratamiento de la cortedad de talla.
