Abstract
The equilibrium line between ice I and III has been reinvestigated in an attempt to verify an order‐disorder transformation in ice III that has been inferred from the reported curvature of the I‐III line. The line is in fact nearly straight, and previous measurements indicating that it is curved are wrong. There is therefore no order‐disorder transformation in ice III above − 61.9°C.Keywords
