Abstract
Summary: A simple reaction is described which has proved satisfactory for detection of the binding of agglutinins by certain difficultly agglutinable bacteria. The reaction is ordinarily positive in the agglutination prezone. It has proved useful in some instances for detecting sensitization of cells which undergo spontaneous sedimentation.
