Abstract
A 46-year-old woman with systemic sclerosis was treated with isotretinoin for 1 year. She obtained considerable benefit and experienced only minor side-effects from the drug, comparable to those familiar to dermatologists in the treatment of acne. However, she noticed that her hair became pronouncedly more curly during treatment. Keywords
