Abstract
Joop Jansen and colleagues report the identification of somatic mutations altering the histone methyltransferase EZH2 in myelodysplastic syndromes. They find EZH2 deletions, missense and frameshift mutations in about 23% of myelodysplastic syndrome samples.Keywords
