Abstract
Thermal buckling of laminated composite plates subjected to a temperature change is studied. The displacement equations of equilibrium are used and Galerkin's method is employed to determine the critical buckling temperature. Clamped and simply supported boundary conditions are both considered. The effects of various parameters on the thermal buckling are examined. Keywords
