Abstract
Report of the 1st case of opisthorchiasis with pulmonary involvement ever encountered in a 37-year-old Thai farmer with history of jaundice, fever, and expectoration of green sputum. The diagnosis was made by the introduction of radiopaque substance into the liver and confirmed at autopsy.Keywords
