Abstract
The supply chain consists of the links between a firm and its suppliers, through to its distribution organisation and on to its customers. Argues that analysis and improvement of activities within the supply chain can make a significant impact on customer service and competitiveness. Highlights the importance of exploiting technology to revolutionise the supply chain.Keywords
