Abstract
A 37-yr-old male patient developed sialorrhea while being treated [for mania] with Li2 CO3. The sialorrhea was associated with salivary gland enlargement and was reversed by discontinuation of Li. Concomitant treatment with propantheline bromide provided symptomatic relief. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
