Abstract
This paper determines the performance of theTurbo coding technique using M-ary (M = 2, 4, 8)differentially coherent and non-coherent modulationschemes in both a non-fading and a Rayleigh fadingenvironment. The constituent codes are convolutional andthe specific modulation techniques include DifferentialPhase Shift Keying (DPSK), Double Differential PhaseShift Keying (DDPSK), and non-coherent detection ofFrequency Shift Keying (FSK). Note that thesemodulations are all constant envelope, ...Keywords
