Abstract
In the last of a series of four papers Dr. Korenchevsky and Dr. Jones report on the effects of plurihormonal treatment on body weight and fat deposition; uterus, vagina, liver, kidneys, adrenals, thyroid; weights of preputial glands, hypophysis, thymus, spleen, heart of ovariectomised rats, and conclude that in a limited sense plurihormal treatment not only arrests the aging involution of some organs, but also is able to return their relative weights and apparently their histologic structure to a level observed at a younger age.
