Abstract
Another in a series of experiments involving real-time correction of HF ionospheric paths has been completed. Computer-controlled, real-time correction for path distortions has been achieved over a set of one hop oblique paths in the eastern United States. This correction technique, which utilizes a simple open-loop 'measure-then-correct' procedure, provides compensation which remains valid for time periods from a few seconds up to a minute depending on the stability of the ionosphere. Keywords
