Abstract
One to 3 mg. of ACTH admn. intraven. produced satisfactory clinical improvement in 7 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, 9 with bronchial asthma and 2 with urticaria. The ACTH was given over a 12-20 hr. period. Remissions resulting from treatment were of the same duration as produced by other methods of admn., and no toxic effects were noted.Keywords
