Abstract
Radioactivity derived from injections of tritiated tetanus toxin was observed in lymphocytes and macrophages for as long as 9 months after injection into immunized mice. These labeled cells became highly vacuolated and attracted eosinophils and lymphocytes when the animals were reinjected with specific antigen. Keywords
