Abstract
The understandings of classical science are now increasingly under threat from twentieth century physics. The machine model of organization, informed by classical science, is therefore in need of review. Analytical psychology is used as a framework for re-assessing and providing new insights into the nature and management of organizations in contemporary society. Keywords
