Abstract
The cross sections for Coulomb scattering of 1-MeV electrons without atomic excitation from thin aluminum targets were measured at scattering angles from 20 to 150 deg. The electron spectra were obtained by use of lithium-ion-drift silicon detectors. The experimental cross sections are compared with the theoretical values of Doggett and Spencer. Agreement is within the experimental error. Keywords
