Abstract
The electromagnetic surface impedance of a layered superconductor has been examined within the framework of the BCS theory. The dependences on the coherence length and the mean free path of the electrons, the ambient temperature, and the frequency of the incident microwaves have been calculated for a c-axis normal-oriented film. Keywords
