Abstract
"Echo-histological acino-ductal analysis of the breast" or "analytic echography" allows a display of lesions based on anatomo-physio-pathology, their micro-sampling by interventional echography for histological evaluation and their direct visual obervation by intra-ductal echo-guided endoscopy. This method efficiently complements the other means of investigation by evaluating mammographic densities and palpable masses, and shows maximum diagnostic efficiency by improving and using the 2 most efficient means of diagnosis for malignancies, namely: the immediate detection of cellular abnormalities by more precise sampling; or the display of tumor evolution in a shorter time (3 months), with repeated sampling. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
