Abstract
Resting spore germination in material which had overwintered in the field is recorded. Best germination was obtained at 8[degree]C in soil or distilled water. In this process the endosporangium fractured the wall, no cap being dehisced. Gall formation and type of resting spore dehiscence are not correlated, since the type of germination in this sp., which is gall forming, is the same as in the non-gall forming Physoderma menyanthis. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
