Abstract
This study recorded heart rates of fasting and nonfasting dogs that had gingival sulci packed with 8% epinephrine-impregnated retraction cords followed by impressions with elastic impression material. No significant increase in heart rate was observed in the retraction and impression procedures.Keywords
