Abstract
Dialkyl phosphorothioic acids (1) in benzene solution and in the presence of a tertiary amine react with cyanogen bromide to form the corresponding dialkyl phosphoroisothiocyanatidates (2). Under the reaction conditions these are partially decomposed to yield the alkylthiocyanates (3) and the alkylmetaphosphates (4).Keywords
