Abstract
Four cases on a combination of Li and thioridazine [in psychotherapy], developed severe neurotoxic symptoms, e.g., delirium, seizures, encephalopathy and grossly abnormal EEG. All patients had been on Li without thioridazine prior to and after the neurotoxic episode with no complications or EEG changes. The possible risk of combining Li and neuroleptics (thioridazine) is discussed and repeated EEG''s are recommended as a preventive measure. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
