Sacral Spina Bifida, Intrapelvic Meningocele, and Sacrococcygeal Teratoma: Report of Case

Abstract
Report of the clinical and necropsy findings in a female infant with a posterior spina bifida, a meningocele protruding into the pelvis through the left greater sciatic foramen, and a teratoma of the sacral region. The position of the meningocele has not been described previously. A total of 29 cases of intrapelvic meningocele have been recorded.
