Abstract
The insersiotion of both norborene and corbon monoxide into the Pd–C bond of 2,2′-bipyridly coordinated palladium(II) complexes can be controlled by the nature of the anions present in soloution, and this allows the stepwise synthesis of a metal-bound CO/norbornene co-oligomer of which an X-ray crystal Structure is presented. Keywords
