Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 68-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of pleuritic chest pain and increasing dyspnea.The patient was in stable health until two weeks earlier, when she awoke with right lateral pleuritic chest pain accompanied by a dry cough, which interfered with her sleep for several hours and resolved in the next day or two. She subsequently experienced progressive exertional dyspnea and orthopnea.
