Abstract
This article describes the clinical presentation of glaucoma in eyes operated on for congenital cataract and reviews current theories as to its pathophysiology. The literature does not provide a conclusive explanation for the seeming increase in aphakic glaucoma in children. Long-term studies comparing like groups may help resolve this question.Keywords
