Abstract
It was found that an organic superconductor can be synthesized not only by electrocrystallization method but also by diffusion method between BEDT-TTF and n-Bu4N·IBr2. The superconducting phase β-(BEDT-TTF)2IBr2 shows the critical temperature of the superconducting transition at 2.0–2.3 K.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
