Abstract
An enzyme preparation from 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate-grown Arthrobacter sp. converted cis,cis-2,4-dichloromuconate to chloromaleylacetate. The enzyme lactonizing the dichloromuconate to yield 2-chloro-4-carboxymethylene but-2-enolide was separated from the butenolide-delactonizing enzyme.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
