Abstract
The acid is prepared by Grignard reaction from lauryl bromide and CO2 obtained by acidification of BaCO3 containing C14, and purified by saponification and reprecipitation. Activity of the compound as determined with Geiger counter is in good agreement with theoretically expected values. Keywords
