Abstract
Alternaria and Curvularia species were isolated from the nasal septum of a neutropenic patient and tissue invasion was documented histologically. The patient recovered without the use of systemic antifungal agents following surgical excision of the nasal septum and spontaneous resolution of neutropenia. Keywords
