Abstract
Column chromatrography of fullerene-containing soot extract using Norit Elorit carbon as the stationary phase, with toluene followed by 1,2-dichlorobenzene, as eluants, gives pure C60 and up to 98% C70 in one pass; production of C60 is very rapid, and both simpler and less expensive than other methods. Keywords
