Abstract
Summary: The incidence, type of lesions, portal of entry and treatment of chlamydial, gonococcal, and herpetic infections of neonates are briefly discussed. Herpes neonatorum is potentially the most serious of these conditions and major efforts in its prophylaxis are called for.Keywords
