Abstract
A sensitive method for measuring microwave dielectric absorption of samples with various water contents is presented. It is applied to studies of dehydration processes of polyurethane films with various nitrogen contents and to studies of phase organization in biomembranes to test the degree to which interfacial water and lipid bilayers are related. Keywords
