Abstract
Three new methods for reconstructing the lower lip after partial or total resection are described. An advancement flap is used to reconstruct partial defects. It can be combined with a reverse Abbé-Estlander flap for repair of total loss of the lower lip. A new technique also is presented that allows single-stage reconstruction after total resection of the lower lip. Keywords
