Abstract
Eccrine porocarcinoma is an unusual, locally aggressive tumor with a significant risk of metastasis and recurrence after surgical excision. Eyelid involvement is rare. We describe a 70-year-old man who was examined for right upper eyelid eccrine porocarcinoma that was treated with Mohs surgery. Eccrine porocarcinoma should be considered in the differential diagnosis of malignant eyelid tumors. Keywords
