Abstract
The properties of a new cellulase preparation from Penicillium were studied. In particular, its action upon some vegetable substrates was investigated under varying experimental conditions, and the possibility of its containing at least two enzymes is discussed. Comparative studies were made with an enzyme preparation from Aspergillus oryzae. Keywords
