Abstract
The rural health care setting is a dynamic environment that is facing numerous fiscal constraints and lack of resources. Health care problems of the rural population are enhanced because of limited access and availability of health care. Nursing has a generalist focus in the rural setting, where the CNS must be creative to facilitate cost-effective quality care delivery. Keywords
